Dawn is the founder of PDSi and developed the core HardTalk™ programme. She is currently writing the accompanying book (out 2017) which will be her second. Her first book, Managing the Matrix, was published in English (Wiley, 2014) and in Arabic (Jarir, 2016).
After an international career as a management consultant, Dearbhalla now focuses on helping organisations to retain and grow their female talent. Working with individuals on in group diversity programmes, Dearbhalla helps women navigate their career through the sometimes hard phase. With four children and running her own business, she knows what it is to juggle!
Dina’s fascination with the brain lead her to spend over 20 years studying, training and researching this area. She is now pursuing her doctorate.

Muhra also likes cats. A lot.
John holds an Advanced Certificate in Psychological Coaching and is an Accredited Executive Coach with the Association of Coaching. His particular focus is on leadership, emotional intelligence and resilience coaching. Often found watching sport, reading books and hiking up mountains – though not all at the same time!
